No Sit or Stay Required

Most of the time dogs (and sometimes cats) are kept on leash during the session as it helps to keep them safe and focused.

During the editing phase, I will skillfully remove the leash and even the person holding your leash from the selected photos. This is a common practice in photography and part of the art of creating beautiful, leash-free images. Rest assured the final result will be stunning images without any visual distractions.

The photo session is a heartwarming, fun, and strictly stress-free time. Your pet’s comfort is my top priority—I work at their pace, letting them lead the way to ensure a stress-free, enjoyable experience that captures their true personality. Don't be concerned if your dog doesn’t want to sit, seems extra excited, or if he is more interested in all of the exciting sights around us. It’s normal! It’s expected and I promise that we are creating incredible images! (Hint: Lots of treats and snuggles are involved)

While cats can be more challenging subjects compared to dogs, as they tend to be more independent and have their own unique personalities, with patience, understanding, and a calm environment, it is definitely possible to capture stunning cat photos.

We will do this in the comfort and security of your home. We approach each session with patience and adaptability, allowing your cat to feel comfortable and at ease. We take as much time as needed to capture their unique quirks, traits, expressions, and one-of-a-kind personality to shine.

A Quick Phone Chat
Our journey begins with a 15-minute phone call—the easiest and fastest way to go over all the details and answer your questions. If it feels like we’re the perfect fit, we’ll choose a location, get your session on the calendar, and start planning for some fun! A $300 session fee is required to reserve your spot.

The Photo Session
Get ready for 60-90 minutes of laughter, connection, and genuine moments with your pet. My goal is to capture their true essence and beauty, all while keeping the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Most sessions wrap up within 90 minutes, but I always let your pet set the pace—whether they need extra potty breaks, snuggles, or a moment to rest.

The Final Results
Two weeks after your session, you’ll receive an online slideshow featuring approximately 50 fully edited images to fall in love with. From there, you’ll select a collection to purchase. Collection prices start at $800 and include a set number of digital images plus a complimentary print credit to create something meaningful and memorable from your favorite photos.

Collections are designed so you “get it all”. Each collection includes digital files and a complimentary print credit to create tangible products you’ll love from my online store. Collections range from $800 to $1,300, making the minimum investment $1,100.

And like with other art, those prices aren’t easily compared - it’s not apples to apples. With a session fee of $300 and fully custom collections ranging from $800 to $1300, your minimum investment will be $1100. As a professional with 10+ years of experience photographing dogs and cats, I have encountered various temperaments and behaviors.

I have successfully photographed thousands of shelter and homeless animals who do not even know their own names, let alone commands like "sit" and "stay". So rest assured, your pet will likely be much easier to work with.

However, if for some reason your pet is being particularly challenging and we are unable to capture the desired images during the initial session, we have a few options.

Firstly, I am more than willing to try again at a later time. Pets can have off days, just like humans, and sometimes a second session can yield better results. Secondly, if we are unable to achieve satisfactory photographs even after multiple attempts, I am happy to discuss refunding your session fee.

I want you to feel confident in my ability to capture beautiful images, and I am dedicated to that. You’re going to get a full service experience, connecting several times through the process, working with you to ensure a successful outcome. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and together, we will create stunning memories that you can cherish for a lifetime.
